Loves DJ, dba MC On The Side Entertainment takes your privacy seriously. As such, the following policy outlines measures we have taken to protect your privacy.

What This Privacy Policy Covers

This policy covers how Loves DJ treats personal information that we collect and receive, including information that is obtained via our affiliated partners and contractors. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name associated with another identifier such as address, e-mail address, phone number, financial data (bank account numbers and credit card numbers) and photographs.

This policy does not cover the practices of our affiliates. Each affiliate that is used by Loves DJ is reviewed prior to entering into a business relationship to ensure they have indicated a reasonable effort has been made to protect your personal information. While Loves DJ has agreed to the contracted language of each affiliate, it is important that each consumer review these policies, as they are different than Loves DJ policy. These affiliates are "trusted" by Loves DJ, but you must ultimately evaluate these affiliates to ensure they satisfy your needs.

Information Collection and Use

Loves DJ collects your personal information when you register with our trusted affiliates, send or provide information directly via e-mail or phone, and through the computer tracking features of our Web server. Loves DJ also collects photographic information of individuals at events Loves DJ has been contracted to perform either directly or indirectly through a third-party DJ entertainment company.

Loves DJ uses information for the following general purposes:

To fulfill your requests for products and service
Improve our services
Contact you
Conduct research
Provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients
Display photographs of events on our Web site for historical documentation and marketing purposes

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Loves DJ does not rent, sell or share your personal information to other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested or required by law or legal actions. Recipients may include but not limited to:

Contracted Entertainers
Loves DJ employees and staff
Federal, State or Local authorities to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims

Loves DJ reserves the right at our discretion to list affilated companies that are providers to our service in the form of company name and state/province, country. At our sole discretion, we may also from time to time list the subscriber website URL to show as an example to prospective/current subscribers.

Cookies

Cookies are commonly used text files placed on your computer by Web sites that you visit. Cookies are generally harmless and in instances, they help provide an improved customer experience. These cookies can be persistent or temporary. Temporary cookies are typically used to assist users during each visit and are deleted when the user leaves the site or closes their browser. Loves DJ may use temporary cookies from time to time. Persistent cookies are cookies that remain on your computer after you leave the site or close the browser. Loves DJ does not place persistent cookies on your computer. Loves DJ will never store information on your computer in the form of cookies that contains personal information.

Changing or deleting personal information

Loves DJ will maintain records of all personal information received that is needed to maintain accurate business records and actions. You may request at anytime to Loves DJ to delete your personal data. Upon receipt of your request, Loves DJ reserves the right to either delete or maintain your data depending on the needs of Loves DJ. Loves DJ will always remove any photograph of your event from our Web site when requested in writing. We will remove photo's when requested verbally, but for legal purposes, written request is required.

Personal information maintained by our affiliates operate on their own policies and you should review their policies on how to remove or change your personal data within their files.

Confidentiality and Security

We limit access to personal information about you to employees, contracted entertainers, trusted affiliates and legal entities who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services, perform their jobs, or to fulfill legal requirements and/or actions.

We have physical, electronic and procedural safegaurds in the form of locks and passwords that are used to protect personal information about you.

Information collected by our affiliates have stressed SSL-Encryption as the standard being used during data transmissions. Loves DJ may transfer name, e-mail, address and phone information to individual via non-encrypted e-mail transmissions. Under no circumstance will Loves DJ transmit financial data unless protected by secured SSL-Encryption or similar technology.

Changes to this Policy

Loves DJ will notify all individuals of any significant changes to this policy by e-mail to the account you have listed with Loves DJ. Any changes to your contact information is your responsibility to update with Loves DJ

As a reminder, this policy applies to Loves DJ, dba MC On The Side Entertainment for the Web site www.LovesDJ.com. Other affiliate sites that you would use to check availablity, submit contact information and make payments have their own Privacy Policies and you should review prior to providing any personal information.

Bypass of affiliates

Loves DJ will accommodate you in receiving services without utilizing our trusted affiliates. In order to bypass affiliates, you may contact Loves DJ by telephone or e-mail.
